Wobblers & Ones

The Wobbler and Ones classrooms enjoy both individual and group activities that address Language, Vocabulary and Literacy Development skills, Mathematical skills, Science, Social-Emotional Skills, Physical Development, and Self-Help skills. Through fun, playful activities in a warm, nurturing environment, your child will learn and develop bonds with their friends and teachers that will give them the confidence and security they need to approach life with curiosity and excitement.

KDA places more emphasis on a student's individual development rather than age, to ensure your child is in the right  environment.  Although there are always exceptions, typically students transition to the Wobblers/Ones classroom when they are walking, napping once per day, taking one bottle per day and are moving towards independent eating.

The Wobbler and Ones classrooms begin and end each day together, splitting in the morning and afternoon for their own activities.  Their busy day moves from classroom, to the indoor playarea, to their own little playground! We go outside multiple times per day (weather permitting) so no one is stuck inside all day long.

Toddlers & Early Preschool

Toddlers are strong on their feet, independent, hands-on, and curious about everything around them. They thrive on new experiences and need a physically and emotionally safe environment that supports their natural desire to learn, explore, and grow.
